Ring), lifting force would be considered 40% of the lifting capacity, that means if the product is recommended for 100 Kgs. then for the ‘Ring’ type of job, the lifiting capacity is 40 Kgs., this is mainly because of the thin line contact between the magnet and the ‘Ring’.

Motor Operated Coolant Separator
MagTech Coolant/ Oil Separator’ are specially design for machine coolant and oil. It is used during the manufacturing process, where big quantum of ferrous and non-ferrous particles are mixed with oil and coolant. Electro Permanent Magnetic Chuck for Grinding Operation
MagTech Electromagnetic Chucks’ are designed for GRINDING operations. It generates strong magnetic force to hold work piece in rigid manner. These chucks are operated on D.C. Power Supply. There is no internal wear and deformation corresponding to movement of internal parts, which provides a better life than conventional ‘Permanent Magnetic Chuck’. These chucks are very useful as work holding device on Cylindrical Grinding m/c to grind outer diameter & face component as bearing recess, flanges, collect bushes, discs etc.
Magnetic Single V Block
MagTech Magnetic ‘V’ block’ is basically a clamping device. Hence, it is used in Standard Room Tool Room and Shop Floor also for Drilling, Grinding Light Milling operations.
The 'V’ Block has a total three magnetic surfaces. Top, bottom with 90 degree angle and end surface opposite from switch. Magnetic surfaces are activated by mechanical ON-OFF switch. All three magnetic surfaces and the two sides are carefully ground. The main ‘V’ angle and bottom surface are provided with hardened steel plates, that ensures extra wear resistance.
The accuracy of flatness and parallelism and squareness is within 5 microns for 4” & 6”; as well as 10 microns for 8” ‘V’ blocks. The following photograph can explain the product and its utilization briefly.
'V’ Blocks are required for Quality Control, Tool Room and Standard Room. Our Magnetic 'V’ Blocks have high magnetic pull, hence they can be used for drilling and grinding (both wet and dry) and even for light milling work.
When turned "ON" all three magnetic surfaces are activated simultaneously. The permanent magnet holds the work firmly in the 'V’ and if the block rests on a magnetically conductive surface, it is held firmly to this surface. The magnetic pull is constant and will not decrease even after long use. The magnetic system being shielded from penetration of moisture, cannot be damaged by coolants or other fluids.
Parallel Block
‘MagTech Parallel blocks are made by special quality steel, it is hardened and ground; the hardness is 55-60 R.C. All four sides are chamfered, its precision instrument. Accuracy for flatness, parallelism and squarenes is within 5 microns.

Roller Bearing V Block
MagTech Roller bearing ‘V’ blocks’ made from ‘Alloy-steel’. It consists precision ball bearings which are installed on ‘V’ portion. Bearing are replaceable. It is used for inspection of concentricity of round jobs. Mainly used in Machine Shop, Assembly Shop and Tool Room.
The Roller bearing ‘V’ Blocks are accurately assembled and precision ground on the bottom faces. Four high precision ball bearings are on the top. Thus providing self aligning, wearing hard accurate support which will not damage even the most delicate work piece. Our Roller Bearing ‘V’ Blocks are very useful in tool room, machine shop, assembly, inspection for checking and marking odd shaped jobs, round job, crank-shafts etc. Due to the Roller bearing the work pieces are not damaged. It has equal bearing properties. Bearing become excessively without causing inaccuracy can be replaced easily. Due to its design feature, the Roller Bearing ‘V’ Blocks are supplied in matched pairs.
